• Cleaning of condenser coils 

Why is this important? 

The main idea of an air conditioner is to cool a home and transfer the hot air out. Not cleaning it will result in a bigger problem within the system. If there aren't regular clean & checks, then heat does not transfer out of your home.  Not only will the heat be trapped inside, but the system can also shut down from the inside out. With a clean and check provided by ADC Pros, there will be preventative maintenance and assistance with any conditioning needs.
