Furnace Clean & Check

Furnace Clean & Check include:

• Checking electrical components

• Cleaning any obstructions from the air intake grilles and vent system

• Examining the heat exchanger for corrosion or signs of damage

• Clearing out any debris and cleaning the blower

Why is this important? 

As winter comes around the corner, furnaces are in dire need of an inspection. Dust and bacteria builds up inside of furnace systems even when they're not in use. Due to all of the buildup, ths system may shut down and not work the way it's supposed to. In order to prevent further damage to the furnace, a clean and check is reccomnded. Throughout our clean & checks, our technicians provide insight as to why your furnace may or may not be working. These clean and checks provide a longer use of a furnace, reduces energy costs, and helps maintain  good air quality.
